Placement
Training & Placement cell: To ensure that our
students mature into capable future managers, we provide hands on
approach towards imparting education. The students find the right blend
of theory and practice. Our persuasive industry interaction attempts to
bring technocrats and experts to interact with our students. The
emphasis is on holistic development, by imparting softer skills and
encouraging the students to participate in extra curricular activities.
Students of SAMA have shown at several occasions that they are capable
project managers.
In the past two
batches i.e. 2006 & 2007, 26 companies participated in placement process
and more than 120 students were offered jobs.
We are confident that this will gain thrust in the coming years.
Training and Placement
cell of SAMA energises the students through its various sub activities
like PDP, Industry interaction, summer training, on the job training &
Placements through collective efforts. Many leading Indian companies
visit us for campus interviews & recruit for summer training and final
placement. The cell has facilitated the students for final placement in
IT, Software Development, FMCG, CG, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Services,
Hospitals, Hotels, Banks and Financial Institutions.Personality & Skill
development program (PDP) is to enrich students in their
communication & presentation skills, while enabling then to utilise
their academic strengths. Each student is given a dedicated approach in
enhancing his/her personality by a team of experts and is provided with
an opportunity for individual and group presentations in front of
eminent jury, while being individually mentored by senior faculty. Role
playing, analysing and interpreting real time problems in the corporate
world also forms an important part of the personality development
process. It integrates Time Management, Public Speaking, Group
Discussions, communication skills and motivates each individual student
for an elevated performance. |
